This Privacy Policy explains how Shift Transit Inc., operating the iLogiWorks platform, handles information that is provided to us by customers and authorized contacts as part of freight and logistics operations.

Shift Transit Inc. does not collect consumer data through public marketing campaigns or lead-generation activities.

Information Provided to Us

Information is provided directly by customers, brokers, drivers, or authorized job site contacts in the course of an established business relationship.

This information may include:

  • Name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Job-related and dispatch information necessary to perform freight and logistics services

Shift Transit Inc. does not independently source, scrape, purchase, or aggregate personal information.

How Information Is Used

Information provided to us is used solely for operational purposes, including:

  • Dispatch coordination
  • Load tracking
  • Arrival and job status notifications
  • Delivery of daily work summaries or job tickets

SMS Messaging & Consent

iLogiWorks sends transactional SMS/MMS only. iLogiWorks does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

Consent is collected via (1) web/account registration opt-in using a required checkbox, and/or (2) verbal opt-in during job setup and coordination. When consent is provided, the mobile number and consent status are logged internally in iLogiWorks. If consent is not provided, SMS messaging is not enabled.

Message frequency varies based on active jobs. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

Data Sharing

Shift Transit Inc. does not sell, rent, or share personal information or mobile numbers to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.

Data Security

Shift Transit Inc. uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
